Regulatory status and advice

The Literate Investor Limited is not authorised or regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority.

Information published on this website is provided for general information, professional research and investment-research purposes. It does not constitute personalised financial advice or a recommendation based on an individual’s circumstances, objectives, financial position or risk tolerance.

TLI does not provide personalised financial advice to retail investors. Nothing on this website constitutes an offer, invitation or solicitation by TLI to transact in an investment, security, fund or financial instrument.

Users remain responsible for determining whether information is appropriate for their purposes and, where relevant, obtaining appropriately authorised professional advice.

Research & Content Rights

Research and ratings

TLI may publish research opinions and ratings concerning investment funds, investment trusts and other investment strategies.

These represent assessments of evidence available at the relevant research date and may subsequently change.

A TLI Premier™ rating is not a guarantee of future performance and should not be relied upon as the sole basis for an investment decision.

Investment managers do not pay to receive Premier. Any subsequent licensing arrangement is separate from the underlying research decision.

Further details are available in the Research Methodology and Independence & Conflicts Policy .

Intellectual property

Unless otherwise stated, the website and its original content are owned by or licensed to The Literate Investor Limited.

This includes research, articles, ratings, methodology, data presentations, graphics, logos, design elements, reports, commentary, documents, rating marks and other original materials.

LIMANTIQ™ and TLI Premier™ are trade marks of The Literate Investor Limited. All applicable intellectual property rights are reserved.

Permitted use

Professional services and materials

TLI may offer commercial licensing, consultancy, adviser intelligence and other professional services.
